• A minimum score of 1900 points is REQUIRED

Many have their own goals but we have 28 to 30 members

• Stay up-to-date with the feed / blog to avoid conflicting interests 

​

• First come, first serve in the first 24 hours of a regatta. If you see a task in that period that you want, take it!

​

• Reservations or reserving a task can be done after 24 hours into the regatta. Use ALL CAPS and a time frame no longer than 45 minutes.

Be advised not to make or keep reservations for other members.

Example of reserving a task: RESERVING ZOO IN 30 MIN.

• Task Board Management​

  • One person usually runs the board. Before taking any action on the task board, please confirm with the board manager​

  • Count to 30 before deleting any low (130 and below) task

  • Tasks 130 and below are dumped without any notice

  • Tasks 131 and higher are special deletes. Ask if there is any objection against deleting, if not delete with a 5 minute notice

  • Duplicate tasks will be deleted after a 5 minute notice. The lowest task will be up for deletion.

Give board managers credit... they are human beings... imperfect... but most of all they are most willing to help you!

• HOL tasks (=House of Luck) cannot be reserved. HOL 125 tasks are not automatically dumped

​

• You may NOT reserve a task that is NOT on the board

​

• If you plan helping someone else with a large task, inform the coop over the feed, using ALL CAPS. This prevents you getting stuck with large quantities of the same item (for example wheat).

• If you would like to refresh the board, please announce so in the feed, using ALL CAPS.

This is a game, so have fun! Be aware of the international and rich cultures we have in this coop and be courteous towards one another.
